Occupational psychology examines the experiences and behavior of people in the workplace. Psychological processes encompass all emotional and information-processing processes in humans, such as learning, attention, and positive and negative feelings.

EVALUATION
PSYCHOLOGICAL RISKS
For successful organizations, the human factor plays a crucial role. When individuals are doing well, everyone benefits: the team, the organization, and the individual themselves.
The examination of working conditions in the form of the evaluation of psychological stress has therefore rightly found its way into the Employee Protection Act. found.
I will support you in evaluating psychological stress with the aim of fulfilling the legal requirements. Furthermore, my focus is on creating added value through a balanced perspective, a focus on truly relevant factors, and a multi-method approach.
