Data protection information for employees:

As part of my occupational psychology services (e.g., occupational psychology evaluations, online surveys, workshops, or consultations), I, as an independent occupational psychologist, process your personal data. The protection of your data and absolute confidentiality are my top priorities.

1. Data controller:

Daniel Gach, M.Sc., Bisambergerstraße 15/1, 2100 Korneuburg
Email: daniel@psy-gach.com

Mobile: 0670 402 45 35

2. Purpose and legal basis of processing your data
Data will be collected solely for the purpose of providing occupational psychological counseling and support (e.g., contact details for scheduling appointments, content from interviews, or answers to questionnaires). This processing is based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR) and is necessary to comply with legal requirements (e.g., the Occupational Health and Safety Act).

3. Confidentiality and disclosure of data (recipients)
I am bound by strict legal psychological confidentiality. Your employer will receive only fully anonymized, summarized reports from me, which do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individuals. For secure organization and analysis, I use strictly bound IT and cloud service providers (e.g., for appointment booking, my own online surveys, or video conferences) with whom comprehensive data protection agreements are contractually agreed upon (data processors).

4. Storage duration

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the execution of the project or consultation. Afterwards, it will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations or completely anonymized, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent for the future at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
